Legal notice and terms of sale
N.B.: CONTENT PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION ONLY - these clauses may be modified and clarified according to the contractual documents related to the mandates. All agreements must be in writing. They are subject to the general sales conditions below. Except under formal and express dispensation from COESIO, these conditions prevail over all others. The client company declares to accept them without reservation. Payment of invoices must be made by check to the order of COESIO, according to the payment methods provided for by law.
In the event of postponement or cancellation of a mandate
In the event of cancellation of a mandate, all completed actions will be billed with a penalty of 15% of the total amount specified in the agreement. If the mandate is postponed to a later date within two months of the cancelled intervention, no penalty will be charged. If COESIO has to cancel an intervention for reasons of force majeure, COESIO will organize a new intervention as soon as possible. All materials and tools provided as part of the pre- and post-sales exchanges between the client company and COESIO are strictly prohibited from being reproduced in whole or in part without prior express agreement from COESIO.
Fees for activity, training or agreement cancellations
Order cancellations made 10 days before the first day of training will be subject to the following penalties: 100% of the preparation cost if applicable
25% of the other costs
Order cancellations made 5 working days before the first day of training will be subject to the following penalties: 100% of the preparation cost if applicable
50% of the other costs
Order cancellations made within 3 working days before the first day of the activity will be subject to the following penalties: 100% of all costs
Payment schedule
We suggest the following billing schedule: 40% at signature and 60% at the end of the service.
Terms of payment
Any payment made after the due date of the invoice will result in late payment fees equal to an interest rate of 2% per month of delay.
Confidentiality and intellectual property
COESIO guarantees to its customers to respect the confidentiality of the exchanged data and can sign an agreement to demonstrate its good faith. The clients agree to guarantee the respect of the Intellectual Property Law for the documents, tools and data transmitted by COESIO.
Accommodation, food and transportation costs
Expenses for travel, accommodation and meals will be charged in addition to the company.
